The Art Program at Chadron State College is committed to preparing our students in the visual arts with skills that can be applied in a multitude of ways and open up a wide array of opportunities for their future. Music
The Music Faculty at Chadron State is dedicated to preparing musicians for careers in Music Education, Music Industry, or Applied Music. Your gift helps music faculty develop student skills in teaching strategies, critical thinking, and communication. Students also develop networking and marketing skills as performers and educators. Faculty work directly with students at all levels of classroom and individual instruction and hold advanced degrees in specializations and possess additional certifications, bringing a wealth of professional experience to the teaching arena. In addition, faculty maintain active performing schedules hosting numerous events for the public to enjoy. Your gift enhances lives by providing the best equipment and experiences for all CSC music students.
Theatre
The CSC Theatre Program helps students discover how to implement and utilize their inherent creative talents. Theatre training develops a deep appreciation and knowledge of the performing arts through the study of dramatic literature, practical theatre skills and production of live theatre. Competition is tough, but students will find performance, design, and directing opportunities plentiful, challenging and rewarding. Your gift will support CSC Theatre students as they pursue a career in theatre, and support financial assistance for unpaid internships in Theatre.
