START has two on-site outreach locations at Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, NE, and Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte, NE. Both locations are staffed by a START Advisor to assist students with questions about enrollment, financial aid, or just general help with how to get started at CSC.
